Hello!
Since this is my first post I decided I would tell you a little about myself!
I just recently graduated from Iowa State University. Whoop Whoop! Health and wellness have been my passion ever since high school. This lead me to pursue a degree in Dietetics! I am a little indecisive and I can't decide if I want to become a liscensed Dietitian or not... but there are many people in my life that are encouraging me to pursue that dream I had as a freshman in college! Joe is my boyfriend that I have had since high school and we couldn't be more happy together! He will graduate from Iowa State University in December and hopefully then we can move out of Iowa for a little while! Until then we will both be living at our parents!
I have a younger sister, Ellie, who is a sophmore in high school! WOAH! I can still remember the day she was born. Time sure does fly by. As much as I wanted her to take after my ambition to run cross country, she decided otherwise. She is a cheerleader and she does run track!
My older brother Austin graduated from Central last year and now attends Iowa State to continue his education in Engineering (he definitely got the brains of the family). Him and his girlfriend Rachel are moving to Huxley. Austin will graduate in December as well and him and Rachel are planning to move somewhere far far away.. hopefully not for too long!
So I know that's is not the most exciting stuff but I love my family and friends! My goal of this blog is to educate you on health and wellness and show how I use it in my life!
